Sessions take place on my secure telehealth video platform. You will receive a link before each session via email which allows you to easily join via a phone, tablet, or computer.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER COACHING?

Insurance does not reimburse for coaching services.

Coaching is not therapy and does not include assignment of a mental health diagnosis.
